These terms cover the website design services offered by Lamplit Sites ("we", "us") and your use of lamplitsites.com. By requesting a preview or buying a website, you agree to them.

Free preview

We build a preview of your website at no cost and with no obligation. Until you pay, the preview and its design remain ours, and you may not copy or publish it.

Payment

If you want to launch your site, you pay the agreed price after you approve the final preview. Prices are shown on our website or in your quote. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

Revisions

We'll make reasonable changes to your preview before launch so it fits your business. Larger changes in direction or new features may be quoted separately.

Ownership

Once you've paid in full, the website we built for you and your domain name belong to you. You're responsible for having the rights to any photos, logos and text you give us to use.

Hosting, domains and updates

We set up hosting and connect your domain at launch. Domain names renew yearly at the registrar's price. Updates after launch are covered by any care plan you choose, or quoted as needed.

Third-party services

Some features rely on other companies, such as Stripe for payments or Google for search listings. Their own terms apply, and we can't control their outages or policy changes.

Limits

We work hard to build sites that work well, but we can't guarantee specific search rankings, traffic or sales. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
